Peregrine Power LLC is an Oregon company that carries out product engineering and R & D in power systems, power electronics, and controls. Peregrine is particularly interested in the application of silicon carbide power semiconductors, which represent one of the few major new technologies that can make dramatic improvements in power electronics and power systems.
Peregrine has a core technical staff plus extraordinary relationships with consultants, research institutions and businesses that enable it to carry out large, complex projects. Each of Peregrine's projects must be highly innovative, but have a commercial product or practical application as the objective. Peregrine may carry out these projects entirely for others or may participate as a principal.
